Personalized Bookkeeping and Accounting Services
We perform bookkeeping and accounting services for individuals and businesses who need someone to pay bills or to track their income and expenses. This includes busy professionals that do not have the time to do this and older individuals who see this task as too overwelming. We work with out-of-area relatives to provide peace of mind that their loved ones bills are being paid timely and provide them with monthly statements of activity.
New Business Consultation
When starting a new business, one of the most significant decisions being made is the type of legal entity to select. There are critical tax implications that should be considered when forming new businesses. We work with attorneys in selecting the appropriate entity type for a business based on the individual situation being presented. We can assist in filing an S Corporation election, if needed, and getting an employer identification number. We can also set up a new business for state sales tax reporting, various payroll withholdings, and other filings that may be required.
